Welcome to our home…

Based in the heart of the Scottish highlands, in the Cairngorms National Park, Speyside Wildlife have been running wildlife watching holidays for over 20 years now – and some of our guests have been coming right from the start!

We love it here and know exactly where to show you the fabulous wildlife of Scotland. At our base in Speyside, the beautifully converted Steading at Ballintean, you’re at the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park and, with comfortable rooms, great food and wildlife on the doorstep you’ll know you’ve come to the right place. We even have our own wildlife watching hide nearby and a visit is included on all our wildlife watching holidays based in Speyside, giving you an amazing opportunity to get up close and personal with Pine Marten, Badger and much more.

Away from the Steading, throughout the rest of Scotland, our expert guides have spent years researching the best places to seek out some of the very special wildlife of this country, whilst our office team know of all the best accommodation available.

We find that our maximum group size of 12 along with 2 guides creates a great atmosphere, and the enthusiasm of a Speyside Wildlife guide is infectious! Whatever your level of experience they’ll ensure you enjoy the wildlife to the full.

Even in Scotland your money is safe with Speyside Wildlife, as, by way of an insurance policy, we’re fully protected against loss of monies paid to us for our holiday (and repatriation if required) due to insolvency.

So why not see where a wildlife watching holiday could take you and just some of the wonderful wildlife you could see …
